I hope You All Had A Very Merry Christmas And Looking Forward To 2009!

Christmas

Well we certainly are having a awesome Christmas break here at Hilary’s boat harbour here in Perth West Australia.

Even though mid 2008 was probably our most challenging time here at Redgum Village we survived and are looking forward to continuing our forward movements created mid to late 2008.

The economic situation throughout the world will have a impact on what we do here in West Australia, however we just have to be a little wiser and move forward with what is up for grabs.

As we are very adaptable and accept changes and challengers, those of you out there that see the cup as half full rather than half empty will be in a position to find some real great opportunities that are out there and available.

You will be able to carry those opportunities well into 2009 and beyond.

Health Wealth and Vitality, sounds great, so why are we not?

Interesting comment I thought. We all hear about health wealth and vitality yet most of us are neither all the above or at least only 1 of the 3.

So why is it we seek to be healthy and wealthy but end up watching the TV snacking on some deep fried junk or an ice cream or chocolate.

Did you know you can have deep fried ice cream and yeah its yummm.

No wonder we struggle with our general health.

What is it you reckon that most of us choose to think about health improvement yet we do nothing about it accept think about it.
You think some more then crack open another beer or vodka for the ladies.

Some of us even buy some great fitness equipment that after 4 years is still in prime condition because its never been used, sound familiar.
